Footwear are items that are equipped in the "Feet" slot. The player can only equip one footwear at a time; picking up new footwear drops their current one.

Footwear Effect
Missing a beat will not reset the Groove Chain multiplier.

Amplified dlc The multiplier will max out after killing one enemy, instead of five.

The player becomes immune to all traps and floor hazards.

Amplified dlc The player will not be charged when standing over conduits.

The player becomes immune to the following floor hazards: water, tar, hot coals and ooze.
The player becomes immune to Spike and Bounce Traps, ice, ooze, and knockback/pull effects (like recoil from the Weapon blunderbussBlunderbuss or the "Wind Spell!" of Skeleton Mages).
Provides 0.5 armor rating.
Increases attack damage by 1.
Deals 3 normal damage to an enemy or container upon moving directly towards it.

Deals 1.5 HeartHeart half hearts of damage to the player upon picking up (this ignores armor rating and cannot be prevented).

Allows the player to jump over 1 tile every time they move. Can be toggled on/off.

The player becomes immune to water and tar, even when the boots are toggled off.

Allows the player to jump over 3 tiles every time they move. Can be toggled on/off.

Deals 4 Normal Damage to the enemy on an adjacent tile If the player is leaping towards it over any amount of tiles (1, 2 or 3 respectively).

The player becomes immune to the following floor hazards: water, tar, hot coals, ice and ooze.
